This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed through YUNAA BEAUTY.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST may be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will generally be processed on the next business day.
During major sales, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided through your order confirmation or shipping notification.
If your order contains multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages and may have different tracking numbers.
Delivery Delays & Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery.
If tracking shows that your package remains undelivered or in transit 5–7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can review the shipment and tracking information.
Refunds for delayed or potentially lost packages are not automatic. We will review the tracking status and circumstances of the shipment before determining the appropriate resolution.
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed or shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, order, and available shipping options.
Any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout and may be subject to order minimums or other promotional conditions.
